Caroline, I am a public librarian and spend too much time helping people print. Yall, I'm begging you, get a printer, make your librarian's life easier.
Also a public librarian here! I don't mind helping people print because we have a pretty easy to use app, and also we're a small town so we're not as busy as some libraries are!
I always lol that the main thing people print is return labels. We are 1. The only place to print in our town. 2. Across the street from the post office.
I can 100% second this suggestion. This is the smaller printer I use in my office and I’m a lawyer and have to print stuff all the time and I love it. It’s the least finicky printer I’ve ever owned and I have a second one at home. BUY A PRINTER IT WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE SO MUCH EASIER!
I got this printer in 2020 and it has paid for itself many times over in label printing. I finally sold some stuff on poshmark because it was easy to print the labels from home. I actually filed for insurance reimbursement because I could print the forms (yes, they force us to submit claims this way). Get. This. Printer.
If you have a teeny tiny space and need to disguise your printer! The HP tango is expensive and needs cartridges wayyyyy too often but is very cute if you print rarely!
I have owned an earlier version of this printer for 5 or so years and have replaced the toner cartridge once. I used it all thru grad school. I printed get out the vote letters for swing states. I printed labels, passport forms, resumes, scripts ... And it's still going. It's so fast and it's so quiet. I will never own another style of printer. Buy this!
