We're all buying the ugliest chair on the internet
(For a good reason!)
Hi Geezers,
Our Walmart partnership is BACK, so this post is sponsored by Walmart (thank you, Walmart!) and I’m starting strong with a rec for the ugliest chair known to man.
Yes, I’m talking about the Anti-Gravity Chair. It looks like something someone’s uncle left out all winter and then brought to a cookout on purpose. But guess what? It is also the most comfortable thing I’ve ever sat in. Ideal for lounging, scrolling, sunbathing, watching your dog bark at nothing, or pretending you're going to read your book. It’s so good I forgive it for being absolutely hideous. (And if you want something slightly cuter, it comes in beige and navy too.) I SAID SLIGHTLY!
BUT WAIT! There’s more. Walmart’s outdoor and patio section is stacked right now, and I mean actually good-looking furniture at prices that make you double check if it’s a typo. And the quality? Shockingly solid, especially if you store things or cover them during the off-season. I’ve seen people in this community keep Walmart sets looking brand new for years just by taking that one extra step.
Here’s what I’m loving right now:
Mainstays Belden Park Outdoor Glider Loveseat – A classic porch glider that rocks in every way. Cushions are thick, frame is sturdy, and it looks way more expensive than it is.
Better Homes & Gardens Willow Sage 3-Piece Bistro Set – The little balcony set of my dreams. Comes in black, green, or terracotta (the most expensive-looking one in my opinion). Lightweight but solid—easy to store, easy to love.
Mainstays Albany Lane 6-Piece Dining Set – Full patio setup (table, 4 chairs, and umbrella) for under $200. Unreal value, especially for how roomy and functional it is.
Better Homes & Gardens Round Propane Fire Pit Table – A whole vibe. Clean lines, chic finish, and way less expensive than anything similar elsewhere. Great centerpiece for late summer hangs.
If you’re looking to turn your outdoor space into something that feels intentional without spending a fortune, Walmart’s where it’s at. And if you take care of this stuff it’ll last you season after season. Whether you’re furnishing a whole backyard or just trying to make a tiny patch of concrete feel like a vacation, Walmart’s outdoor section is stacked. I’ll keep sharing the good stuff while it’s still in stock, because this is peak patio season, baby.
And when the weather turns? A quick wipe-down with soap and water before you store pieces for the season can prevent buildup and staining. And if you’re working with fabric cushions, toss them in a cushion bag or store them in a deck box to keep them safe from moisture and critters. It’s all about keeping things cute, clean, and ready to go for next season.
Outdoor furniture is an investment, whether you’re buying something high-end or grabbing a great deal. Taking care of it just makes sure that investment pays off. Walmart can make it happen for you, at a price point much lower than most.
