Hi Geezers!
With Prime Day kicking off the holiday season and competing sales across Big Box stores like Target, Best Buy, Walmart (see my picks!) and more, it’s the perfect time to start thinking about gifts for others.
You’re so thoughtful!
You deserve a Little Treat for being so thoughtful.
We know the truth about your shopping habits. We know that when you’re cruising the gift guides, the sales and the deals, you’re keeping Numero Uno top of mind. After all, no one knows you better than, well, you! And you know what you want.
If you feel deserving of an LT, we came up with a list of fun things you might like. Thank yourself later! You’re the best.
The Tula Brightening Balm is like chapstick for under your eyes. It’s nice and refreshing, and keeps the skin around your eyes bright, glowy and moisturized. It also cools and de-puffs. Toss it in your bag and swipe it on whenever you feel like you need a pick-me-up during the day. (Usually $38, but $26 today!)
Oak and Luna Tyra Initial Medallion Necklace — this was one of the first pieces of jewelry I bought myself post-divorce. I went through a phase of putting my initials on everything; I don’t know. (I never changed my last name, so unsure of where this was coming from!) This was a spontaneous Instagram purchase and I get so many compliments each time I wear it. For the price, it is very sturdy — I’ve worn it in the pool, the shower, the ocean, and it’s still as good as new. You can get your initials, your kids’ initials, your partner’s, your dog’s…as well as emoji options. I have heart, CM, heart. I love me! I guess that was my train of thought when I clicked purchase! ($200)
- got me into these inexpensive Beats headphones and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to my AirPods. They’re magnetic earbuds you wear like a necklace so pop ‘em in and out of your ear as necessary. I find that city living requires me to sometimes take my earbuds out, and fumbling around for the case can require hands I don’t have free. Game-changer for sure. (Usually $70, but $39.99 today!)
OGX Nourishing Coconut Milk Shampoo — For $8, this drugstore shampoo packs a punch. I will caveat that this is a rec for my fellow thicc-tressed folks, and if you have thin/fine hair maybe skip on by. My hair always feels salon smooth and easy to tame, and it saves me money on my $ hair products because I use them less. ($8) Hot tip: a quarter-sized amount goes a LONG way.
